Marc Elkins – sent a letter to Mustang dads about troop organization for the fall – would like a decision from the committee on how to divide patrols for 1st year scouts – after discussion it was decided to let Marc make the final decision.  The majority of the respondants felt that the current multi-level patrol structure was the right choice.  At least 4 Mustangs need to be added to an exsisting patrol.

Marc Elkins – is requesting that parents take a more active role at troop meetings esp. regarding discipline of the scouts and the dads being an example during times that quiet is supposed to happen.

Marc Elkins – elections will be at the 1st troop meeting – he will then have the new PLC  help design programs for the rest of the year.

Duff Greenwood – Train the Trainer event is on 9/8 – Call Mickey Hodap if interested.
