Mike Flanagan is coordinating award for Catholics

6 to 7 PM before troop meetings

Randi Haith will coordinate Jewish
faith

Mikes still working on the various Protestant faiths but there are many different sects

Tim Navickas is becoming a color team leader, Dave Corley has agreed to step into Grub Master
position for the coming year.

Leawood Lions - Gary Flick/Chick Atwell
a.
Drafted request for monetary donations to assist with Eagle Scout
project.

If a scout volunteers at Lions events some consideration for
assistance
b.
Lions would like T10 assistance with labor for playground
equipment installation for
i.
Dont expect city to accept, but Lions want to make an offer
ii.

Calendar and Facilities - Elaine Navickas

Prairie Star has been reserved for Monday nights for school year
b.
Dec 7th is a conflict PLC planned for that evening
working on alternative location

Still working on 5:30PM approvals
d.
Boys need to stay off stage during regular meetings

COH we have front of stage reserved need to stay off back part
of stage as this is an operating class room
f.
Commons, 6th grade pod every week
g.
7th grade pods will be reserved once Mustangs start in
spring
