called the meeting to order at 6:00pm
Rusty regular campout activities Feb 10 campout to be relaxing at Camp Naish scouts will cook their lunch rather than bring sack lunches Marc E. is planning a surprise activity hikes will be planned too health forms must be turned in.

April campout will be at Bartle part of this will be a Philmont shakedown and
OA Tapout

Bartle committee met came up with budget and registration amounts ($250 per
scout) 2/26/01 is date for 2nd payment 5/02/01 will be Bartle
parents meeting 5/02/01 full payment is due - $200 for full time dads dads
will not be able to just show up and stay with out pre-registration until
5/02/01 deposits are refundable.

Webelos will be at the 2/5 meeting

- $11558.74 in our account no outstanding bills $991 is being held in
reserve for Philmont $12,325.72 is
outstanding from scouts and dads 110 boys are on the roster he will send
bill to scouts who will not be re-registering but still have a balance due
Mike C. will ask our Quartermasters to coordinate an inventory of troop tents and other items

was at a meeting about Philmont another troop backed out of their slots and
Paul Bertrand is working on how to handle this there was a concern that some
small groups may not have adults with them the roster and finance issues will
be followed up on

Gila group 12 signed up there will be a meeting prior to 2/5/01 scout meeting will leave as soon as
possible after school is out

scouts and 7 others will be going on Honduras trip

High Adventures for the next year possible Colorado or boundary water trips
are being considered possibly oriented toward training for dads

1/23/01 meeting on Troop 91s Venturing Crew discussed what worked well and
what their challenges were they had a lot of scout input there were
tie-ins to getting credit for Mic-O-Say advancement they usually take about
10 on a trip, 1st come 1st served scouts must be out of
the 8th grade and age 14 to be eligible they have a separately
charter from the troop with a sponsor separate meetings our group discussed
issues and concerns about beginning a Venturing Crew in Troop 10 Stu will
introduce the idea of Venturing to our scouts to see if there is interest

Webelos he will be at Leawood crossover ceremony neckerchiefs will be
needed some kids will be coming from Mission Trail Prairie Star does not
have any scouts crossing over

checking with Overland Trail, Valley Park and Lakewood

one new eagle scout 2 more will be going for their eagle boards 3 have to
turn in their projects to advance to eagle some scouts have to increase their
participation and attendance

said Steve Pozin will step down after April as Eagle Court Coordinator Joe J.
will consider whether he can take over

KC, KS Merit Badge Conference is on 4/28

there is a K-State Merit Badge Conference on 4/28 also

4/28 is also Council Day of Service
Herb our truck was vandalized in addition to other vehicles in the storage area there is now a new padlock on the truck with Ed, he replaced the starter on the truck and will have new glass put in

district redistricting was decided 4 new districts- people will be asked to
take leadership positions

youth leadership training on 2/13 or 2/21 at his office 6:30 to 8:30PM
Class A Uniforms for anyone who signed up for leadership positions
Larry S. looking into Salvation Army project, to include light construction and painting at the end of April

people going to Philmont must have CPR and 1st Aid Red Cross offers this
