New Business:

*     Discussed having Eagle Court Sunday vs. Saturday.  The committee decided it will remain on Sunday.

*     Col Weaver discussed extending Troop 10 meetings and changing the format.  Scouts voted and turned down the extension at the last Troop 10 meeting.  We also discussed one meeting a month that would be a sports activity or fun event.

*     Col Weaver decided we would specify one campout to do flag retirements.  Marc Elkins will donate one of the original Troop 10 flags for retirement.

*     Irion Chef Competition will be held at the February campout.

*     The district requested a volunteer from Troop 10 to be on the Camporee Committee.  Troop 10 may not attend the District Camporee as a result we did not get any volunteer.

Jeff Muchow adjourned the meeting at 7:23 p.m.

Respectfully submitted

Robert J. Key, Secretary
