          Went well.  Several advancements.

          Great weather.  Great cooking.

          Very smooth; good participation by older scouts.

Bartle Update – Tracy Thomas

          Depart in 2 weeks.  Ready to go.

          Day 1 – ask Todd how you can help out.

          Thanks to Tracy for all of the hard work getting us prepared for Bartle.

Equipment Coordinator – Chuck Gibson

          Bartle prep at locker next Saturday – need all the help we can get.

          Usually 4 hours.  More people, the smoother it will go.

Life to Eagle – Lane Christenson

          11 candidates going for round 1 this week.

          2 for August period thus far.

          Finance update:

          Prepping for Bartle departure.

                      How do we ensure that no scouts get on the bus if they are in arrears.

                                  Create an exception list for those who need to be addressed.

                                              Todd and Rob to get together to plan for this.

Honor Camping Programs

          Several scouts/leaders who still need to make up their Ordeal weekend.

          2 brotherhood candidates to do their makeup this week.

New Business/Open Discussion

          Calendar –

                      Court of Honor scheduled for December 17^th. Suggest moving it to the 10^th.

                                  Yes.  We will move to 12/10.

                      Canoe campout – is May 17^th too late?  Weekend before is Mother’s Day.

                                  May 3^rd is OA induction.

                                  Keep it May 17^th.

                      No ability to campout at the WWI memorial.  Needs to be an activity.

                                  Suggested as a future Saturday.

                      Should we recognize an Eagle for the Eagle Corps?

                                  Provide a patch and Certificate and recognize at a Court of Honor each year.
