Scouting
For Food is the same time as our Highway Cleanup
Leawood
Rotary will be working on Special Olympics Track event and can use
scouts
to help

looking into Habitat for Humanity project

discussed possible changes in how we plan and conduct the Boards of Review
it was decided that we will ask scouts to schedule their BORs prior to a
meeting

asked if we want to have a canoe trip T shirt the committee decided to do

asked about scout feedback from the BORs Terry will begin to share this at
committee meetings one comment that comes up has to do with wanting older scouts
to help younger scouts more

discussed the Flag Retirement Ceremony at Naish they are asking for 5000 flags

we got seven new scouts from Prairie Star crossover tonight

spoke about question from Gary Bernhardt as to whether our troop continues to
have interest in a Venture Crew
