1.         Introductions & Opening Comments - Jeff Muchow

a.       Jeff Muchow called the meeting to order at 6:01PM

2.        Scoutmaster Update - Greg Spies

                                                                                                                                                                                 i.      Monday night meeting went well – scouts were attentive – although meeting began late

4.        High Adventure - Quintin Cokingtin

a.       Philmont shakedowns are underway and progressing well – 8 mile hike yesterday

b.       Additional hikes planned this spring

a.       August 16 at Sharp's or later at a Leawood Park?

b.       General consensous – Stu’s Farm

 

6.        Grubmaster Report - Tim Navickas

a.       Herb is going to be campout Grubmaster for Katy Trail Camout

b.       Tim will coordinate Mustangs for same

 

7.        Equipment Coordinator - Chuck Gibson

a.       Suggestion to use Bass Pro monies for GPS equipment for Geo-cashing

b.       13 outstanding tents from last campout – total of 25 YTD

2.       Mentoring program being developed for new scout parents pairing them up with veteran parent

a.       15 Scouts assisted with COR Food Pantry Assistance

a.       Only ½ of 1st year scouts had their scout books last week

b.       Need new health forms needed on new scouts

c.       Reminder of need for updated photos for adults and scouts for Bartle

 

17.     Jeff Muchow adjourned meeting at 7:24 PM

 

18.     Order of Arrow Adult Elections followed the committee meeting
