·         February Campout – Omaha Zoo – add to winter rotation?

·         March Campout – O/A Tapout – March 23, 24 & 25 – need to make truck arrangements

·         April Campout – Katy Trail – April 13, 14 & 15 – reservations made; need to start signups; cooking contest?

·         May Campout – Canoeing, Riverfront (same as last year), May 5th weekend

·         June Campout – at Mr. Spies farm

                      Mr. Wasko – count is currently at 33 (including 2 early starters)

                      Participated in 8 crossovers and total of 9 schools that we have drawn from.

Advancement – Julia Day – 2 scouts approaching Eagle (Calvin and Tully) age deadline

Spring ECOH Update – Lisa Harrison  7 Eagles in April Court of Honor

Honor Camping Programs

·   O/A – Rob Baker –     team has been rehearsing for Tapout

OA election is Monday 3/5; must have 50% attendance to achieve a quorum

Tapout is in 3 weeks; induction weekend at Camp Naish in April

   Dinner meal will take place early to leave more time for ceremony prep.

Venture Crews – Tom Baker / Jeff Muchow     Venture Crew roundtable last Thursday night

                                                                      Council is going to Switzerland next year

                                                                                  Mostly filled, but some spots remain

          presented idea of a visit to the WWI Memorial and Museum;

Historical presentations on the war; films on trench warfare;
European aspects of war; US aspects of war;

Could be on a Saturday or Sunday (opens at 10 either day)

Could become a weekend campout (need for PCL feedback).

                      To begin the discussion to create standards to manage this issue
