Introductions & Opening Comments – John McCabe called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

 

Welcome and introductions

Looking for the following adult volunteers: Scoutmaster, Secretary, Treasurer, Quartermaster, Adult Recognition Coordinator, Prairie Star Elementary Unit Commissioner, ECOH Coordinator (Chuck Luchen)

 

Scoutmaster, Jim Cook, has informed the committee of his need to resign his post at the end of the summer.  A recent promotion will entail further out of town travel making it impossible for Jim to carry out Scoutmaster duties in the manner he desires.

Receivables are at a decent level, below $12k.
