Troop 10 Committee Meeting

Williams called the meeting to order at 6:07pm

Introduced Gary Flick from the Leawood Lyons club. They voted to
be our charter sponsor unanimously.
Scoutmaster Update
Thomas Ahart
said they will plan food for the feast campout at Monday’s meeting.
Scouts will start fires at 3pm. Webelos have asked
for help building rockets. Boys will
cook a flank steak on a rock. 25 scouts
at the Bass Pro Shop, Rob Wheeler did a great job and Bass Pro donated $900 to
Troop10. Bass Pro is setting up a
rewards card for Troop 10. Greg said great
job to all adults and scouts that attended.
192 registered scouts in the troop
Advancement Brent Reynolds
Brent is going to appoint a uniform
police. Dan has agreed not to create any
new attendance forms unless they are approved by Greg. Scouts are organized into patrols making it
easier to take attendance. Blake will
appoint an adult leader to be attendance and uniform coordinator. They will work with the scribes and ASPL to
collect attendance.

Thursday the 15th is Taylor Wilson’s Eagle Board.

14,000 in the account and this does not include upcoming dues and greenery funds.
Outdoor Activities Tom Baker
Hay rolls should
not be touched and no one should go near the water tower. No conservation projects necessary. We will shoot for 3 conservation projects
plus Bartle.

Webelos night
will be held November 28th.
Bob will add a letter to the web page.

Dave Corley is going to do the
bar b que at Stu’s house on Thursday night. 97 scouts and 57 adults. They are planning for 275 head count. Webelos will get
lunch from the troop but scouts need to bring a sack lunch.

John McCabe made a motion to buy 15 aprons. The motion was unanimously approved.
Tracy Thomas will be the replacement for Clarence Krantz as Eagle advisor.
