a. Truck serviced (retread right rear tire) and ready to go
b. Truck loaded for Shooter Safety campout; need a driver
c. Locker inventory needed
d. tent inventory completed 9/10; 5-6 tents are partial, rest are complete
Scoutmaster/SPL Update
a. 2 SPL meetings thus far
b. reviewing attendance process new process in place believed to be going generally well need to reinforce sign in process at meetings
Herb to send out reminder with attendance sheet process to be covered in new parent meeting 9/12
c. Meal plan for Shooter Safety one menu for dinner/breakfast for all patrols
Outdoor Activities (Scott/Chris)
a. Shooter Safety Campout
Enough adult support for shooter safety? Scott believes so.
Signed up as of 9/11: 87 scouts / 10 mustangs / 17 weblos / 59 adults
Older scouts to eat with adults Saturday breakfast

Advancement Julia Day
a. Monday 9/19 last day to get everything in for next court of honor (9/26)
b. expect to have lots of advancement activity at Shooter Safety campout
c. will need JLT attendance as soon as possible
Eagle Candidates
a. approximately 7 scouts approaching Eagle
b. several scouts in danger of hitting the 18 year old cut off
Finance
a. Rob Day transitioning into this position
b. All is in order per John Martin as relayed by Rob
c. Discussed budget planning / 3 buckets (Bartle, Campouts, Equipment)
d. Rob to present budget strategy once he gets his feet on the ground
e. Per Rob, John Martin did not feel that there is a need to raise dues
Fall Fundraising

30% goes back to scout (to account)

Honor Programs
a. Order of the Arrow
3 new scouts for OATR (attending training next 2-3 weeks)
C team sign up 9/12

3 C team members for upcoming JCC event
3 Cub Scout packs have already requested T10 for crossover (starting November)
Policy for out of District non-feeder pack crossovers???
Determine sates for feeder pack ceremonies and communicate with them

Venture Crews
a. attempting to get more crews started with District
